Yarnall Dojo consists of a group of men, women and children who gather together for the study of Matsubayashi Shorin-Ryu Karate.
Shorin-Ryu is the ancient style of Okinawan Karate that stresses the study and discipline of the early art of empty hand combat, as well as the harmony and balance between body and mind.
